After eating and drinking too much during  Christmas, the body accumulates many toxins and unhealthy elements. Meat, alcohol , and sweets, associated with a reduction of hours of sleep and often , exposure to cigarette smoke can cause weight gain and decreased vitality , characterized by greater fatigue or a small depression . It is therefore important to undertake a little ” detox ” to purify your body and get in shape .
